Karachi Oil stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

**Return & Exchange Window**
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- In-store returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

**Conditions for Returns**
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- All stickers and seals should be intact.

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
