SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

• Orders can be picked up Monday - Saturday, from 11pm - 6pm. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

• Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Bykea will charge around Rs.250 for small packages. Whereas, large quantities will charge less than Rs.1000 per delivery.

• We will ship your product through courier companies also known as bility in Pakistan. We will bear the delivery charges within Karachi till courier companies office. Whereas, bility charges will be paid on customers end. You can also contact us for specific courier companies convenient for you.

• International shipping rate changes frequently, for you will need to email us at sales@karachioil.com for the current prices. 

Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

IN-STORE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for refund or exchange on sealed products in their original condition. Original packaging must accompany returns. Receipt required for returns.
